Frequently asked questions
Nope. You can call, send a text, or email and I'll respond as best I can. However, an appointment will be the best way to ensure that the service you need can get done efficiently and on the best schedule for both of us.
I maintain a $50 minimum charge (labor + parts) for a maintenance visit.
My home base is in Midtown Reno, and I'm licensed and insured to serve all of Washoe County. If you need services more than 15 miles from base, there may be a mileage/delivery charge of $25-50 to cover transportation costs.
I can accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal.
Sure 😉 My goal is to empower bike riders with a well-maintained bike and the knowledge and confidence to keep it that way. If you're interested in learning how to work on your own bike, I'm happy to support it!
Yes. Can I work on YOUR ebike? Maybe. Ebikes are in a bit of a "wild west" state these days, and while some comply to industry standards, many others use proprietary technology that are not easily serviceable. Feel free to send a message and I'll see what I can do.
I like to think so... In 10 years and 6 different bike shops, I've worked on pretty much every type of bike. I've got a pretty cool van with a bunch of tools. And I'm on the up-and-up: state and local business licenses, insured, the whole deal. Let's give it a shot!
